14/04/2014 · Yeah, sorry to say. I vote for a bad Video card, or monitor cable. Your COMPUTER is not in power save mode. Just your monitor, as evidenced by the sound playing. Monitors only kick in to power save mode if they don't detect a video feed. Time to find a new card - or a new PC.
